Each immediate-release tablet is formulated to be gentle on the stomach with a blend of 300 mg of calcium (as carbonate and citrate) and 150 mg of magnesium (as oxide and citrate) in the preferred 2:1 ratio. An excellent source of vitamin D3 (10 mcg) completes the formula.
